Connect Your Fitbit Account
- Open Power Sync and tap "Connect Fitbit"
- Log in with your Fitbit account credentials
- Grant permission for Power Sync to access your Fitbit data
- You'll be redirected back to the app once connected
Grant Apple Health Permissions
- The app will ask for permission to write to Apple Health
- Enable all the data types you want to sync (steps, heart rate, sleep, etc.)
- You can change these permissions later in Settings → Health → Power Sync
Sync Your Data
- Tap "Sync Now" to manually sync your Fitbit data
- Wait for the sync to complete — this usually takes a few seconds
- Your Fitbit data will appear in the Apple Health app
- All data is synced to 12:00 PM for each day
Enable Auto Sync (Premium)
- Upgrade to Premium for automatic background syncing
- Your data will sync automatically without opening the app
- Choose from monthly, yearly, or lifetime subscription options
Important Notes
- Fitbit only provides daily summary data — intraday data is not available
- All synced data appears at 12:00 PM for each day in Apple Health
- Make sure your Fitbit app is synced with your device first
- If sync hangs, try logging out and back in to your Fitbit account
